-Ludicrous pay -Plenty of overtime -If you need a job and don't do drugs, chances are they'll hire you -I believe the hiring bonus is 3,000 dollars now

-Plenty of overtime -The ludicrous pay can sometimes feel not enough for what you're doing -Biggest problem = Garbage management -The less people we have (the more people that quit), the more they ramp up production -Sometimes push production to unhealthy levels , whilst understaffed, with no regard to employee safety or well-being -Absolutely awful work-life balance -The gestures/incentives they offer for "appreciation" are small and pointless. We all stand while working, and only get thirty minutes for lunch, so of course, they added a foosball table to the lunch room. Because, that's exactly what people want to do when they're exhausted
