This was the worst company I have ever worked for.
Cons
Senior management has to constantly keep quitting so they don't get actually get fired for the terrible things that they do. No matter what your position is, you have no say in your hours or any chance to use your PTO. Management will lie to you during your interview so you think you're heading into a normal job and normal schedule like a normal person, when really, you'll never know what days or hours you're working. Whereas, management, gets to hide away in their offices because they don't actually know how any of the equipment works, and only come out onto the production floor to blame other people for their incompetancy. Also, expect to be stuck in the same title and pay because even if you pick up new skills, management will do everything they can to prevent promoting you, such as writing you up for something so little so you miss out on the annual bonus. As for help in resolving any work related issues or conflicts, you cannot trust the company's HR as they will do everything they can to protect management's wrongdoings.
