Pros
If you have been working in the IP industry, you know that Ladas was, for many years, considered a well-respected firm. Times have changed and this firm has not kept up. Having this firm on your resume will not damage your prospects at finding another job, but don't expect it to help much either.
Cons
In a nutshell: - lack of technology and lack of ability by attorneys to use basic technology. - this place heavily caters to a man's world. women are not respected. - negative environment. - client overbilling. - mismanagement between offices. - politics among partners are tense and dramatic. - staff are underpaid. for decades.
