Pros
The shifts were very flexible my manager would do them 3 weeks in advance and would always be willing to work around my needs.There is no micromanaging assuming your competent enough you can do the job the way you like as long as things are getting done. In my short time there (1 year) they did two staff wide surveys about improvements the business could make for staff the first asking if staff should be allowed to wear dark jeans as part of the uniform(this was implemented in a timely matter after the survey) and the second proposing lunches/dinners paid for by the company unfortunately i left the company before i could see the outcome of this.
Cons
Constantly pushing you to hit KPIs despite claiming to be adhering to responsible gambling laws , These KPIs were constantly mentioned but i never seen any action it negative consequences for not hitting the KPIs but there was plenty of incentive
