Pros
I am giving this review as someone who has worked in the company just over 4 years. The ONLY good thing about this job is the lovely people you work with including the MPM. The flexibility in how many hours you can do, there is always hours available
Cons
I can confidently say all this company care about is hitting their weekly KPIS/targets. They disregard any way you feel. You can do up to 14 or 15 hour shifts. You got it - breaks are unpaid, A typical shift would be from 7am all the way to 10pm with one break. There is an extremely small chance of progressing in the company, All the area manager's care about is if their targets are being hit. Any mental health or personal issues are ignored, As someone who never called in sick once and always tried their best in all aspects of the job. I was never appreciated enough, There is no point going the extra mile in this company. They will treat you worse if you cannot do the days or hours they ask you to do one week, IF something in your plans come up. I'm really glad I left this company as I now have a job where they treat me as a person and not a statistic.
