Don't expect that to be acknowledged, let alone addressed. The founder and CEO sets the tone for all of it. The favoritism isn't a cultural accident — it flows directly from the top. Coaches get visibility, latitude, and the benefit of the doubt. Program managers get process docs and blame. If you're not in the preferred lane, no amount of output will move the needle on how you're perceived or what you're given.
