New and oldbmanagement team is great! They dont keep employees around that dont pull there weight. They let us do our job, and are there to help! Most team members are great to work with. Kitchen staff is solid, and the food is amazing! They offer benefits, 401k, paid time off, and tips are automatic. 7 out of 10 customers leave more. Love the tip sharing pools for bartenders even if the day or night is slow it always evens out in our pay checks based on how many hours you worked. The views are amazing! Most customers are friendly and understanding. There are opportunities here to move up, and work banquets and in the resturant. Members only club.
Cons
If you smoke you have to walk a quarter mile behind a building. You have to park that far away as well. Strick uniform policy. Board members are members. Becareful what you say to who. Great communication from management.
