Be very careful of this employer - Securituy Officer Lagarda Security Employee Review

The staff at lagarda is very friendly and awesome

There is a lot of sitting and staring at the camera screens

Nothing good comes from this company they make you pay for uniforms that’s not worth what you pay for , they don’t reimburse you the money when you bring them back ! They staff very rude and they don’t care about their employees , & they have a really bad bed bug situation ! & nothing happens to the guards that are late to relieve the other guards ! I can’t even give them a half star cause it’s not worth that much ! Cars are trashed with junk and food crumbs & communication isn’t there but will fire you for walking off a post but nothing gets done to ppl that makes a habit out of coming in late ! Advise is don’t work here .
