The senior leadership team is humble and down-to-earth - they get to know everyone on their team very well and aren’t afraid to get their hands dirty. The work environment is very collaborative. With a good bit of transformation going on, employee growth is at the forefront.

Cons

Some growing pains out of the pandemic, which is normal.

Friendly staff , Team effort, personal time and vacation time good. Holiday pay and sick pay ,gift certificate for birthday and Christmas

All about bottom line. Paradies Corporate management disconnected from daily concerns and issues of locations. Lost it's family focus since being sold (twice).
