Is this your company?

A very regrettable experience. - Warehouse Supervisor Lagos Deep Offshore Logistics Base Employee Review

Pros

Comes out as a standard company with great reputation.

Cons

The system is designed to keep workers struggling. No remuneration for workers who are upholding the safety culture as a form of encouragement. Workers are treated as slaves. The entry warehouse worker is paid a maximum of 60,000 NGN(80 USD) /Month, while the storekeeper position goes home with 160,000 NGN/Month (213.3 USD when calculated at the present rate of 750 NGN to 1 USD). Working with minimal warehouse tools, workers are forced to improvise at the expense of safety. It actually looks like a Slave camp. No pay rise once employed. With the level of simultaneous operations, the number of equipment like forklifts, truck, crane are not enough to keep service at the optimum and maintenance of these equipment are very poor as management are forcing workers to keep using them despite their poor conditions.
