Pros

The ONLY pro is the free jewelry for your birthday and Christmas

Cons

I can’t believe there are positive reviews for this place and I’m questioning their validity. I wouldn’t recommend anyone working here. Extremely dull working environment with egotistical maniacs as leaders. Weird office rules where emphasis is put on time in the office instead of quality of work being done. Really strict on in-office with no flexibility, which is ironic because everyone sits silence in the office and they never create any sort of fun environment or incentives for their employees. The sense of urgency is insane for an jewelry company and there is a constant circle of blame game and lack of accountability and professionalism from leaders. Leaders actually openly argue with one another while their team sits on calls. Leaders also talk inappropriately and openly about body weight, eating disorders, and mental illness. Everyone joins teams calls where echoing is constant considering they are all in the same room which defeats the purpose of forcing your employees in the office. Retention is terrible and they continually hire externally instead of promoting internal employees. There is no career structure or growth plan. HR is useless and is there to protect power-tripping leadership rather than to help the employees in any way. They paused any promotions or growth from 2025-2026 which is laughable given they had “record profits” and want us to celebrate those while doing nothing to appreciate the employees that got them there.

Pros

Everyone is hard working and passionate. The company has a very giving feel to it. Since I have started, I've felt more accepted, respected, and appreciated then in any other company/job that I have had before. The company is filled with bright and creative entrepreneurs that continue push each other, I have yet to have a bad experience. Compensation is fair. Internal growth and comfort is encouraged and welcomed. Steve Lagos, the founder and owner, is a man of building strong, ever growing relationships. He is brilliant.

Cons

I do not have any cons. I have seen other posts on here that genuinely confused me because of their negativity.

Pros

Uhhh I guess it’s a job?

Cons

Exactly what you’d expect from a family business. The owner runs the company like an erratic militant and couldn’t care about anything but profits (which I’m not even sure is that important to him, he keeps designing ugly jewelry). The most disorganized company you’ll ever work at (if you have the misfortune), it takes literal weeks to make the smallest decision and no work can even get done if leadership isn’t all over it, micro managing like you’ve never seen. The pay is miserable and so is the work life. You can tell on everyone’s faces that no one likes being there and is just waiting for the clock to reach 5pm. I genuinely don’t recommend this job to anyone, there’s no room for growth, your ideas don’t matter (and will probably get stolen), and the same 5 people are always favorited while everyone else is treated like scum, just extra wheels to keep the company above water (albeit barely). You literally have more growth opportunities working at McDonald’s. Oh, and HR will rip you off any way they can - classic!
