Overall nice people, family atmosphere, large product offering

Relies on one large customer for the bulk of their growth and profit, so when that customer was down, mass layoffs ensued. There is no structure, no accountability, no communication, minimal professionalism, no clear goals, and leadership is stuck in the 80s. I don't think this business will last another 5-10 years if leadership continues the way it is.
