Pros

- What! There is no pros of this company. Just the facade that it's situated in a sarkari building. - All images updated here of the office are fake....the office infrastructure is worst then even a sarkari office....broken seats....broken souls.

Cons

- Management is pathetic, the lady in the management is just the your mohalle vali aunty next door. She is there since around 12 years, just doing chaplusi and expect others to do the same. - This lady can target you for nothing, just because you are smarter than her. Well I guess everyone is smarter than her in all ways. - The boss or pseudo CEO of the company is a mad old man who acknowledge himself as "SIR". No flat hierarchy, an atypical sarkari cultural. This mad old man has no brains, it's his father's company and he has no contribution in it. Now he is trying to destroy it fully. - HR are mere puppets with no analytical thinking, if u ask them something they will say....I'll check with this lady in management and tell u.....it's just a very stupid company with no business idea or agenda. - Most importantly, there is no learning experiences, no one knows anything, they will hire you at a profile and then they will make you do some other work. Just a way to destroy people's profile. - No job security, they fire people just before appraisal month, so that they don't have to give them hike for the hard work they have done.... - Do not join the company, if you are joining just use it as backup and find the next company is just 6 months to make a switch.

Pros

You get hands-on exposure to end-to-end project cycles, from client calls to delivery. Good place for self-starters who want to wear multiple hats quickly. Some teammates are genuinely hardworking and collaborative.

Cons

No Process Discipline – Agile in name only. Testing, documentation, code quality, and retrospectives are barely followed. Micromanagement Culture – Lack of trust in employees, and no psychological safety for raising issues. Minimal Career Growth – Promotions and appraisals were arbitrary, with no clear metrics or feedback mechanism. High Attrition & Chaos – Poor resource planning, sudden exits, and firefighting mode became the norm. No Tech Innovation – Mostly maintenance work or rushed deliveries, with little time for actual learning or improvement.
