Pros
Supportive, hard working , experienced clinical office staff. Good patient pool. Some free medical care if provided by physicians in the practice. Granbury is a nice little town. Clinic director is hard working and supportive.
Cons
Low pay, poor benefits, no chance for advancement. Pay rates max out which results in employees working for years and years without receiving pay raises. Emphasis is on quantity at the expense of quality regarding patient care. As far as upper management and some physicians' values, it's all about money and running patients thru like cattle.
