I enjoyed working at Lakeside as a co-op student in the HR department. I've grown so much during my time here at Lakeside. The overall organizational culture is outstanding, putting so much emphasis on the wellness, health and safety, of all employees. My team has been so supportive and helpful in everything that I do. I was able to absorb so much knowledge and experience within the last four months of my work term. In addition, my Director has been an amazing mentor and support, as she helped me grow and develop my skills during my time here at Lakeside. She's also helped me overcome various challenges and become more confident in the work that I provide. She's given me exposure to various areas in Human Resources, including recruitment, training and even health and safety. All in all, my time here at Lakeside has been an amazing work experience and I'm very thankful to have this opportunity!
