Where do I start?
I was making 20/h , my lead said this was just an onboarding salary. It was not. I had become "real" full time employee hung over my head and was promised the role 3 different times, but it never happened.
When my little sister passed away I was only given 3 days off. This was absolutely hell and destroyed my mental health but the medical coverage here is so terrible I was on my own and too broke to pay out of pocket.
Mandatory unpaid holidays should be illigal. How do you pay rent living paycheck to paycheck when you're forced to take 2 weeks off at Christmas time!! This was a disaster.
Some of the management (like HR) says some very racist things twords Indian people and their work ethic...
When I brought up how little I was making and upcoming students loans and my rent going up a few hundred dollars, HR told me I couldn't talk about that in requesting a raise. HR told me to "move to Montana" if I can't afford to live where I do now.
