Pros

I have been at Lakshya for 15 months. To start off with, they will never pay you a living wage or anything resembling industry standards. They almost had a lawsuit brought against them for paying salaried employees less than the minimum legal salary in Washington state. To circumvent that law, they switched every employee making less than 62k to hourly. To add onto that, they have fired team members out of the blue. I know on some projects they are requiring employees to work weekends. All your luck at this company depends on whether you get put on a good project or a bad one. If they tell you they want you to join Microsoft Flight Sim, don't accept the offer.

Cons

Terrible leadership, low pay, no opportunities, an atmosphere of distrust

Pros

Working with people around the world and seeing and hearing new ideas and perspectives was great

Cons

Where do I start? I was making 20/h , my lead said this was just an onboarding salary. It was not. I had become "real" full time employee hung over my head and was promised the role 3 different times, but it never happened. When my little sister passed away I was only given 3 days off. This was absolutely hell and destroyed my mental health but the medical coverage here is so terrible I was on my own and too broke to pay out of pocket. Mandatory unpaid holidays should be illigal. How do you pay rent living paycheck to paycheck when you're forced to take 2 weeks off at Christmas time!! This was a disaster. Some of the management (like HR) says some very racist things twords Indian people and their work ethic... When I brought up how little I was making and upcoming students loans and my rent going up a few hundred dollars, HR told me I couldn't talk about that in requesting a raise. HR told me to "move to Montana" if I can't afford to live where I do now.
