Pros
- Gaming sessions ONLY if projects are not in crunch. - So much to learn about technology if you are an intern or a fresher. - Tough competition among your peers which is sometimes good and bad. - pick and drop facility from home - Finally you will be good here if you are happy with less salary, in good books with your leads,HR and manager.
Cons
- Starting with, taken the advantage of monopolization in Northern area exploiting jobs and salaries. It may have several tie-ups with other outsourcing companies to not to exchange employees. - Management will keep you glued to work for 10 hours daily on some projects which is normal. They will hate you if you are in love for work/life balance. Meaning less payment for longer works. - Appraisal meetings will be painful even if you think you are management friendly. They have to take you down for any minute reason or fault. - Its an outsourcing company, look for some where else if you are dreaming about Nintendo, Bethesda, Bioware, Blizzard or other creative and art oriented game studios. - No growth whatsoever if you are concentrated on developing your skills. They may tell you to do so but with their unrealistic expectations. - Very less help from the seniors/leads/art directors. They are just for reviews. No growth related big workshops. Just learn while on projects and if you fail, you perish. - Only art leads can give the pictures about the whole working environments. They are not very well trained or talented either.
