Pros
Elite engineers at lower level. (They don't get promoted) It is a good company if you are good at playing the political game or being a yes man. Good to be manager as the job is easy, just keep cost and salary low. A good stepping stone in your career as you can use the offer/your position to negotiate better offer elsewhere.
Cons
You get promoted by how good you are at following orders and sucking up. Even so, promotion opportunities are rare, and only given to incapable people who is a good friend to the boss Speaking your mind or the truth is seen as complaining, so don't do it. low to nil salary increase.
