Pros

Competitive Rate for Drivers ( that provide if you can grab the orde fast), Orders that paid $20 or more per trip will gone like a wind (within seconds once released)

Cons

Alot! Let's me give a few examples 1. There are a few famous vendors that always drivers to wait for orders, and despite calling up lalamove and informing them the wait will be more than 20 mins, and lalamove promised the waiting time will be compensated (after 10mins onwards); but I (as driver) were not even compensated even though i chased for numerous time via the customer service chats and calls, and each time the CS personnel just replied that driver ops team personnel will contact me but (as usual) never even received a single phone call! 2. Always needs to wait for >30 mins just trying to contact the customer service! Hey! Lalamove, if you are short of staff, please either employ more, or make a option in the drivers' app to drop the jobs without going thru you! otherwise, dun keep making 'empty promises'.
