Pros
You will dabble with multiple projects and scopes as it's still very much a start up environment. Good for fresh faces but perhaps a little misguided for those with more experience. Good, collaborative team who won't shy from sharing knowledge.
Cons
Remuneration. Need to be a hybrid role to keep up with other companies.
