Pros
- Good and healthy relationship with teammates - Safe space for growing - Exposure to different projects and stakeholder - Good work / life balance (rarely need to work extra hours)
Cons
- Very limited work from home policy - Not many benefits, if you don't negotiate your salary, that's all you get - The company itself is mainly driven by operational team, which can be frustrating for those who work with product - The review happens once a year, so if you don't get a promotion you are stuck in the same position for another year
