- causal environment - No OT - company in a relatively large scale, good to get exposure to the industry
Cons
- Management in business background with minimal technical knowledge - messy policy and structure - not much follow up or evaluation on what you’ve done - if you are good at dealing with boss, you can do this job well - giving advise to management is not recommended
