Pros
Many things to do hence you learn a lot. Your contributions are also rewarded quite generously depending on your manager/supervisor.
Cons
Unreasonably long probation period for the entry-level position (6 months). No teamwork among members of the same team. Everyone keeps pushing the job to one another and not taking responsibility. The supervisor is quite biased/double standard and will sometimes put the blame on newer staff for her own mistakes. HR also delay final salary for >2 months with no reason given.
