If the management doesn't like you for any reason, they will make your life so miserable and will bully you until you quit or will put you in a support plan to be failed. The SLT are only white people who don't represent the diversity of the school and got the position just because they are friends with the vice principal. There are heads of department that don't know anything about their subject. They will exploit you as much as they can. They restructured the school and got rid of as many people as they could just because they wanted to save money.
