Horrible Employer - Machine Operator Laminate Technologies Employee Review

Absolutely terrible employer. Very petty company. Worked here for 12 hours a day/5 days a week every week. Worked hard, put in my 2 weeks notice and was asked to stay by the production manager twice. Chose not to. I worked out my 2 weeks notice and Laminate Technologies paid my last 60 hours of work at $7.25/hr instead of my hourly wage of $19.25. They stole about $700 from me. Extremely petty and unnecessary to rob an employee that worked hard for them and followed the process of quitting. They have fires almost daily in the plant, they recently even had to close because a fire got so bad. They do not provide N95 masks even though you are constantly breathing in saw dust. I started developing carpel tunnel from repeating the same motion over and over for 12 hours. I reported this to management and nothing was done. I can’t say enough bad things about this company and their human resources department. Very petty company. Contacting the dept of labor to report their actions.
