South Region Territory Manager - Regional Account Manager Laminate Works Employee Review

Very toxic environment. Company related poorly toward employees. Lots of turnover. Many unhappy people working at the company. Support was non-existent. No one wanted to help each other, many wanted to blame others while making sure none of the responsibility fell on their shoulders. Compensation needs to be realistic. Position was promoted as potential earning "All of his sales team made no less than" and the reality was it was $30k less achieving the sales targets set. Company leadership & lacked simple people skills on how to treat people. A very narcissist environment.
