Pros

-Lots of free, high quality food -Great mission -Other than management, everyone is great.

Cons

-Low pay -Executive Director micromanages the entire company and intentionally creates a walking on eggshells environment. He's a Trump-esque leader and everything is about him. -Poor management -High turnover -Branding does not match internal culture. Innovation not encouraged. -Cronyism -Unequal distribution of work. Some departments are extremely busy. Others have to beg for work. -They offer you FT hours but then tell you to go home because there's not enough to do. Work is very dependent on the weather and season.

Pros

Great benefits, knowledgeable staff and an exceptional training program

Cons

Rough staff at first, mix of two companies so you'll be doing a double workload, yelling at employees instead of motivating

Pros

Uhmmm the people they hire are cool. I liked my boss as a human being but their silence and neglect of employees makes them equally complicit in the toxic workplace environment. You get a free box of veggies sometimes.

Cons

Where do I start, horrendous pay, absolutely unlivable wages, terrible benefits, zero work life balance. They pretend to be liberal and hip and cool and act like they care about people and the planet but the truth is they are equally as bad and complicit as the current administration. They just want to make money, every single employee is seen as someone who will be replaced in a few years. There is absolutely zero room for advancement unless you are in with the boss. I think the idea of what this company could be is awesome, but unfortunately they fail on every front.
