Pros

You will make friends and enjoy your coworkers even though management will tell you to avoid mean girls when you're hired. There are no mean girls. This isnt a Lindsey Lohan movie.

Cons

You will be babysat. Too much micromanagement, too many managers, too many useless things to sell, too many meetings. This company is more desperate for money than a sugar baby.

Pros

Easy job to do. Fun job to do. Other drivers are very nice and easy to get along with.

Cons

Newspaper charges the delivery driver a bunch of fees. One fee is…If they quit before a year is up then they get charged $200.00. If they quit after a year, and do not give a month notice then they get charged $200.00. If a customer says they didn’t get a paper, and you can’t prove that it wasn’t stolen then you get charged $1.00 for each paper. If you deliver to a home that is on vacation you get charged $5.00 for each paper. For every $10. in tips they keep about $9.85. They tell the customer that the driver gets all of their tips. This company owners should be in jail. On Wednesday, and Sunday you are lucky if you make minimum wage because of the gas, and time for extra homes that you have to deliver to. Also, they pay about a $1.00 in gas money for every $10.00 you pay. No benefits. Part time, but can disrupt your day because you have to be done before 6 AM so you have to get in early (like 1am 5am )depending on how big your route is. So if you get in at 1am , you are going to be tired the rest of the day.
