Cons
No leadership or support for new employees. You might even interview with a manager that you won't report to. The existing recruiting team chooses what clients they want to work with so if your clients are new or need extra attention, they are not incentivized/guided to work those leaving you to either recruit on your own work or answer to the client. The new 'fresher' teams have no real work or life experiences so you are left to pre-qualify every candidate, create searches, etc. Since the majority of the team is offshore, they disappear for hours during the work day and you're lucky if you get someone in payroll/timesheets to answer you in a timely manner -even after contractors are calling your personal phone saying they weren't paid on CHRISTMAS. Nothing in their compensation plan is properly explained, like the fact they only pay commissions quarterly. Never a good sign when someone who works there says "welcome to the circus" as you are trying to get processes established, or that you needed "thicker skin" to work there
