Temp to Perm - Processor LanceSoft Employee Review

Did not ask me what my previous salary had been. Did not get to know me as a person. Assumed i knew how agency worked. Being new working with an agency, I needed to know the baby steps. So, in other words, I needed full direction of processes. One example was i didnt know i had to keep up with my time on a "TimeSheet", or how to access the "TimeSheet". This would have been helpful to include in the Employee Handbook. I didnt know ADP issued payroll. I didnt know Insurance benefits are automatically deducted without anyone informing me of the cost-this was financially devastating.
