Pros
There is NO pros. They have dicked me around with my paycheck 3 different times. Haven't got paid on time once. This last time I had to call my employer to get my employer to contact them when they are the agency. They missed my pay date four times.
Cons
Nothing good about this agency it seems they have NO clue what they are doing. Yesterday I spent 5 hours talking to them so I could get paid since they missed my pay date. After getting everything approved from my management the lady told me I would get paid today. Which I didn't. They lie and tell you what you want to hear. This is the most irritating temp agency I have ever been apart of. My pay is also direct deposit so it should be fairly simlple but of course they make it seem like it's rocket science. I feel like they give you a really hard time so you just say screw it and they eventually just keep your paycheck. I left my current company GE just because my temp agency was terrible. They seriously again have NO clue what they are doing.
