LanceSoft has been wonderful! Since September of 2024 I have been working as a LanceSoft traveler and it has been amazing and everything I needed! From onboarding to my recruiter checking on me not just on week days but the weekends as well! I left a full time administrative job of 8 years to go back to patient care. I was very nervous to make this change but with LanceSoft and my recruiter Rohit this change has been life changing for both my mental and physical health.
Cons
One Con I have experienced was my very first week doing travel assignment was my stipend and hourly check was sent separately.
