• Landing has a toxic and miserable management team. • Our managers constantly belittle us and sometimes openly humiliate us in front of our co-workers. • These are horrible people who seem determined to intimidate and tear employees down. • The shifts here are also exhausting and mentally crushing. • My job is mundane and repetitive, yet the dysfunctional management still fills me with anxiety. • The work itself is quite easy, but the endless hours and repetitive tasks make it mentally exhausting.
