Pros
decent pay, good hours, handful of good staff members(non management who have been there for 10+ years)
Cons
Management harass/bully workers, one manager is a known sexual harasser and is still there after many years. No rewarding hard workers, instead constantly threatening their job security. Site is quite unsafe, pretend to care about OHS but dont and its quite obvious, only willing to fix things during quiet times or when it is most profitable to them and dont care about the long term health risk they are exposing to their employees.
