Pros
The workflow is seamless. They have great software. One rarely needs to ask a question. Everything is clear as to what is expected. Feedback is fair, totally not judgmental, just the facts. Management is very supportive.
Cons
As is usual with remote transcription jobs, the pay isn't great, but it's no worse than others I've worked with.
