You can take your kids to work with you, great turn around rate...they're always hiring
Cons
Pay is horrible for what you put up with, if your pay is even correct.
Extremely disorganized, there's always someone yelling drama or someone that thinks they're the manager yelling at you. Some drivers make reckless choices and consequences are rarely given. One trainer that's disgustingly mean. Zero room for advancement, if you do it's more pay for more migraines.
Flexibility
Working alone
B licensing
*Get the license and LEAVE.*
Cons
Unpaid training that can arbitrarily go on for WEEKS.
High levels of responsibility that are in stark contrast to pay grade.
Routes aren’t evenly distributed. One person may be paid the same as another to drive longer hours and further distances.
