10-12h shifts , weekly change of shift hours and work station, no work life balance youre there from shift start till work is done. plus on-call. HR will not get rid of problem but instead pushes out anyone that speaks up about said worker even after 5+ women complained to HR and CEO. no room for growth and NO YEARLY RAISES.
