Pros

Wonderful people to work with you get to know everybody just because of it being a smaller hospital. The respiratory and pulmonary team are more than amazing. The hospitalists are caring and give a lot of attention to their patients. Its nice to work in a company that cares so much for the patients. Extra bonus for picking up overtime is offered at times! They have been working on some issues to make the working environment more enjoyable.

Cons

The staff is amazing however, there are issues with it almost seeming cliquey. There is little communication from management to the hospital nursing staff. Cooperate doesnt take a lot of time to listen to staff they seems to care a lot more about bringing patients in and getting them out more than anything else. Higher management changes often. It seems to be an endless cycle. Once things get better they tend to have to restart and the new management doesnt always continue the practices of old upper management; which can be a good and bad thing.

Pros

I just finished my last shift at Landmark Hospital in Columbia, Missouri and I am already missing all of the wonderful people that I've had the privilege to work with. It has been such a great experience here and I've made so many friends. Thank you to all of you for treating me like family and making so many great memories! I will come back and visit.

Cons

Only the usual complaints you would have working at any hospital.

Pros

Not a bad facility or group of people to work with. Physician owned, forward thinking in care.

Cons

Insurance is pretty expensive and weak. Once the corporate consultants came in it got weird.

Thanks for your positive comments regarding patient care; patient care is always our focus. Although we have left the SWFL market in mid-2025, we have listened to our employees and made changes to improve insurance options. In early 2024, we partnered with ADP TotalSource to provide more fully insured options to the employees and have garnered positive reviews over the past 2 years for both in-network provider coverage and ease of claim processing.
