Upper management was changed in 2018, since then the over performance of the company as well as morale has plummeted. The owners seem oblivious as to the behaviors of the people in charge of their company. Middle management is encouraged to manipulate employees, mistreat them, and use them until they are done with them.

They have a 4 day work week/10 hours a day.

The owners and management team have no idea how to run a company or create a work environment that retains talent. The corporate management team created and maintained a toxic environment and enjoys being mean and unpleasant to employees both in the Corp office and in the restaurants.
