      Great experience working as a Sales Associate and then promoted to Manager / Lead for Lands End. Location set in Harrisburg Sears store.

      Cons

      Lands End store closed in the Sears location in Harrisburg, Pa. Hard to get applicants to apply for sales associates due to low starting wage.
