Pros

Great work life balance Flexibility is great Pay is ok remote

Cons

Depending on the department you work in calls can get overwhelming. If you are hired as a part-time employee the only time you get hours is during the holiday season. After that good luck with getting hours. They will cut your hours down to 1 or 2 days a week. You can pick up shifts other employees give away but those are always the hours you don't want to work aka late shift. It is a good job if you are not looking for anything full time.

No Drama, Helpful and friendly Leads, generally pleasant coworkers. Easy tasks. Nice schedule. Free Gym included

Cons

Outdated Facilities, sometimes stressfully fast paced, Overall fairly bleak workplace.
