Pros

Chill job, not too stressful depending on the days or if you have a full dept to cover workload. Benefits. Most people are laid back. Good starter experience place if your are new to logistics/transportation or just came out of college for the very low pay. People switch departments very often which is a pro for gaining knowledge. Steady company.

Cons

Very low Pay - NE-7 is like 18$. (Bachelors degree with certifications) Receptionist are like $13.25. They have a pay scale paper they go off for hourly and salary pay. Ask them what NE level starting pay is for your position when applying. NE-3 through NE-9 or i think NE-9 pay 19 which is customer service and its $19.50 hr or close. Didn’t get a raise in over a yr 1 1/2 when they did give raise I didn’t even know, I had no counseling and it was $50 cent - Over the pandemic when they clocked an extra 2bill. Benefits are standard corporate. Medical insurance is very high. No room for advancement, it’s def a good place to work if you are out of college and need experience, other than that I seen them pass over excellent loyal sup/managers for higher positions and pulled a “company Friend” in from the outside to fill in a position. Very high turnover in depts ( I worked in 3) people are coming and going out of your dept so you have to take on the slack until the get a replacement but they are in no rush to do so. They burn their good employees out until the last drop. Management does NOT listen. They do not care about your family although the good ol boys are treated like family.
