Pros
The Tustin location has pretty good management, actually. The associate hours seem to be based on who can get the most people to sign up for a credit card but they try to balance that with who is a skilled worker. The associate team is also pretty cool, easy to get along with. Good employee discount.
Cons
Corporate has pretty high expectations for their employees whom they pay minimum wage: -Must know all the various trouser silhouettes. -Must know all the body types. -Fit for bras -Fold everything according to company standard -Greet everyone who walks in the door -Offer a bra fit, tell them about the credit card and ADD something to the fitting room, whether the customer wants it or not. This location is very busy and we get so many complaints that we don't greet or offer bra sizes. The company is always giving us a poor grade as if they don't care how few people are working compared to the massive crowds in store on the weekends. Associates do their best to keep up with the people walking in the door. Most customers are nice but corporate needs to re-prioritize or they'll lose good people who won't put up with the ridiculous requirements. Corporate cares more about Mystery Shopper feedback than anything else, despite most shoppers not wanting to be disturbed or talked into anything while they're trying on clothes. Credit Card signups rule the roost.
