If they don't know they answer, they will connect you with the right person. -Lane ensures that we are putting time aside to maintain a positive culture with regular meetings that allow us to just connect with other individuals on a personal basis. -Even with being such a young company, Lane has been able to offer paid lunches, snack boxes, and even multiple work-from-home stipends to ensure we are fully set up to work effectively and efficiently from home -Leadership listens to ideas and feedback, which allows each employee to feel like they are part of a team, rather than another cog in the wheel. -There is no micromanagement here, which means you are trusted to do your job. -Absolutely the best company that I have ever worked for.
