The members you support, working relationships you're able to build when providing person centered support. Enabling those you're supporting to work towards reaching their full potential. Personal experience - management listen when you have suggestions or requests on what you feel could help you better perform your role. Constant training is provided so you can maintain or up skill your skillset. Regular check ins to see how you're progressing professionally; jobs well done, room for improvement, etc.

Parents can be obstructive to support and you don't always feel as though you've been provided with the right tools/support to deal with the situation. Occasional micromanagement without cause. Work/life balance.
