Lovely people monthly socials 1 to 1s people do get promoted high staff turnover has improved good objectives set yearly
Cons
1 to 1s only if you push for it a lot of admin disorganised so now trying to standardise therefore more admin a lot of internal procedures that just creates more admin visible favourites i suppose you get that anywhere not balanced work load as some people work long hours and some dont lower pay compared to competitors
