WFH? But every company allows that now. The work is easy but they overload way too much

-managers are children who have no idea how to manage teams. (One manager is 23 first job out of college) it was impossible to get a hold of him. Never in the office and I can seriously count the face to face conversations on one hand -no training no “real” internal promotions -extremely high turnover leaving other employees to later hours and no direction (teammate left my team and wasn’t replaced after more than a year] - managers show up late if at all. They do not want to train employees out of college let alone do any work -in my first year my AUM doubled and received a promotion…. My raise was 40 bucks a check and three times the amount of work -My salary was 60 grand for more than 50 hours a week. I made more in a bar Co workers will snitch on about anything and there is no HR department so if someone complains either nothing happens or the individual is fired without due diligence.
