Pros
Great environment for those who feel confident setting their own goals and following through. The atmosphere in the office is extremely friendly and welcoming, and upper management is very understanding when it comes to employee time off for whatver reason. Pay is decent.
Cons
It is often difficult to get everyone on board/to follow through with initiatives - at times it can feel as if there is no support or accountability. If something needs to be done, there is an attitude of "well I don't have time to do it" from many, which can be demotivating. There is also a push back in terms of technical advancement and innovation.
