Pros
You can have as many classes as you want. You may work 1 hour or 8 hours, it depends on you. Whenever you need to drop a course you just say it and in 20 days it's no longer yours. Besides, they provide all the material you need for the lessons. You don't need to plan anything if you don't want to. That means work-life balance is EXCELLENT. If you're a teacher, you know what I mean.
Cons
The salary is not the best. Only because they take too long to update them and, in Argentina, that cannot happen. Whenever they set a raise, they maintain it for at least 6 months. They really should reconsider their numbers every 3 months. Also, communication is only possible through email, which is inconvenient at times.
