Pros
I first came to LSI as a college student with zero experience so I would say working in LSI was my very first step to enter the professional world, the right step. I learned a lot during my 5-year tenure as I was exposed to a very-structured environment starting from discipline, communicative, victor mentality to professionalism. The lessons I have had have shaped my life in a better way considering I am now plan things out for better output, analyze things from different perspectives before making a decision, understanding the bigger picture when prioritizing and many more. Technically, I would highlight the following benefits I got as a part of the team. a. The system is very transparent. You will know where the money comes and goes. Every penny earned is shared with everyone so you are essentially participating in monitoring the company's performance. b. The punctuality is top notch. As a courtesy to oneself and others, every team member must arrive at least 30 minutes before an agenda begins. c. A detail-oriented mindset is cultivated. You will not send an email riddled with errors and typos that insult the recipient because you will learn to take your time and double-check everything before sending it. If you want to establish yourself as a valuable professional, this is the place to start. You will be equipped not only with the hard skills but also the soft skills necessary.
Cons
I believe it would be preferable if the corporation encouraged a transparent system in which a portion of the employee's salary is set aside for savings. When the employee resigns, he or she will have greater savings.
